From the date your gas grill is purchased for use, BROILMASTER will make available, at our factory, a free replacement for any defective part covered by the warranty. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR GRILL

1. Contact your Broilmaster or Superb by Broilmaster dealer. If you cannot locate your dealer, write our Service Department.
2. If you do not receive satisfactory service from the dealer within a reasonable time, write to our Service Department and include the date you purchased your grill, its model and serial numbers, the name and address of the dealer from whom it was purchased, and a description of the problem. Furnish a dated proof of purchase if your grill is within its warranty period.
